Swati Bhatia has been working for in this field since 2009. Having done her Masters in Science & Masters in business administation, she carries an experience of almost 8 years. DR. RAJENDER LAMBHA

Rajender Prasad Lamba was born in village Ladwa (Hisar), Haryana (India) in 1962. He was fond of school, loved playing Hockey and football, ran home to work with farm labours at own agricultural farms after school, listened to All India Radio and read books to promote the positive community and economic growth in the neighbourhood. After schooling at Government High School, Ladwa at 17, He joined the Indian Air Force, trained at MTI, Madras and graduated with a Mechanical Engineering degree in 1986. On completion of Twenty years as Combatant Airman returned to civvies in Dec 1999 to serve as FCE North Zone in CAPART. Back to Rural Life he could analyse monster problems of Farming Families, so I became a “Gou-Sewak” and started my long cherished affiliation with the Gaushalas and Farmer’s clubs initiated with transformation of the simple Gaushala at Ladwa into a modern temple of
sustainable farming as “Vishwa Bharti Kisan Jagriti Shikshan Sansthan and established Gau-Therapy to cure the incurable Cancer and AIDS at Shree Ladwa Gaushala, Ladwa. On handing over this task to new generation in 2011 moved to form up the replicas all over with the help of Team Study Matrix involving the people in MAD+ (Making A Difference Positively).
