His passion and goal in life is to improve the living standard of rural poor and overall development of the rural poor youth of India. He has grass root to managerial operational level experience in handling several projects like DDU-GKY, ELSTP, PMKVY, NSQF etc.
Mr. Sahil Arora
Regional HeadSahil Arora has done his Masters in Business Administration and has an experience of more than 8 years in the field of skill development. He has expertise in the field of planning, operations, manpower management and quality control. In IISD, he has handled various govt. projects such as ISDS, NYKS, Seekho aur Kamao and PMKVY.

Management HeadSwati Bhatia has been working for in this field since 2009. Having done her Masters in Science & Masters in business administation, she carries an experience of almost 8 years. She has worked with various educational organisations like NIIT , Career Launcher, Prayas and is good at coordination and leadership. She has been handling all the Project with zeal and dedication.
